Profile: 3D Scan Services, LLC offers affordable 3D scanning and reverse engineering services. We utilize non-contact, laser-based hardware and software scanning technology that produces highly accurate scan data. We can create 3-dimensional models in the formats such as STL, U3D, PLY, XYZ, VRML and U3D. We can also generate NURBS surfaces/splines from object and export IGES/STEP files. In addition, we produce fully parametric 3D models, including SLDPRT files, through the process of reverse engineering. These models can be opened in solidworks with the full feature tree or various other CAD programs. We also scan existing products & compare them to CAD models and ensure that they are produced as per the customers' requirements.
