We also deliver mechanical design drafting services. Our CAD design projects include railroad castings, trackway layout, pump castings & machining drawings, die cast parts, plant layout, tool design, electrical & electronic enclosure design, architectural plans & drafting services, part animation & modeling. Our permanent mould aluminum casting process is more suited to low volume production or prototype parts such as house numbers, medallions, novelty items and ornaments. We use solid works to create these parts and use the software to predict the ultimate weight of the part to enable to find the most economical part design. Our aluminum die casting part drawings produce incorporating proper draft angles and allowances.
