It features 16 gauge stainless steel double wall, thru-wall units for large or small parts, cart pass-thrus and heavy-duty chrome-plated quick-release handles. Our air showers remove particulate contamination from personnel entering the cleanrooms and sterile rooms. The air shower supplies Class 100 air at a high velocity through strategically distributed nozzles that bathe an individual as they stand or walk through the chamber. Contaminated air is then drawn through hollow wall returns and a HEPA filter. These air showers are available in custom and standard sizes for the required applications.
