Acoustic Cleaning System Manufacturers

Acoustic cleaning systems consist of one or two acoustic cleaners, a controller and air supply unit. It is a quarter wave resonator tube designed to produce sound energy at predetermined frequencies, typical in the 10 – 50 Hz range. Each acoustic cleaner is custom build to operate at the desired frequency. The sound is produced by the principle of quarter wave resonance, which is an efficient method to produce sound concentrated at a single frequency. Low-pressure air is fed to the sound generator by an air supply unit. The unit is skid mounted and contains a positive displacement type blower, electric motor, filter, and silencers.
