Profile: Aditya Forge is a manufacturer and exporter of steel forgings in various grades of carbon, alloy & stainless steel. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We are engaged in the production of a variety of forged components such as all types of forged flanges, plate flanges, shafts, rings, tube sheets, spacers, blanks and other engineering components like gaskets, sockets & valves. We offer various types of forged & plate flanges such as slip on socket weld lap, joint weld neck, blind ring type joint, long weld neck, orifice, girth, nozzle, body and Figure 8-shaped flanges. These flanges are available in sizes from 1/2" to 80" with the weight of 150 lbs to 2500 lbs. We manufacture these flanges in various grades of carbon, alloy and stainless steel as per ASTM, DIN, SAE, BS, JIS and IS international standards. We also offer various ring type forgings that include forged rings, pinion, gear rings, hollow forging, flywheels and crane wheels. These are available in the maximum size range of 800 mm diameter, 5 meters thickness and 12 tons weight. We offer blank/tube sheet type forgings that include forged tube-sheet, blinds, gear blanks, solid wheels, forged circular block and disc. We manufacture these forgings in the maximum diameter of 2500 mm with 10 tons maximum weight. We are well equipped with forge shop, machine shop, drilling/finishing, inspection & testing, raw material cutting and material handling & transportation. Our forge shop is equipped with press & ring rolling hammer supported by heating oil fired furnaces and boilers. We have a boggie type furnace well equipped with temperature controller. Forgings are well heat-treated as per requirements which include normalizing, solution annealing, quenching, hardening and tempering. Our machine shop is equipped with various types of band saw, horizontal lathe, and drill machines having different capacities to meet all types of turning requirements.
