Profile: Alliance Patterns, Inc. specializes in tooling for urethane foam industry. We also offer model and pattern design & build. Our in-house foundry is capable of cast-to-size shapes from several types of aluminum alloys. Our CNC handles machining tasks, with four Tarus duplicators having a capacity of 82″ x 64″ x 36″. We also have low pressure foam system for final mold try-out. We have fully machined models from all types of materials which include plastic, aluminum, wood and steel.
