Profile: Aluminum Alloys, Inc. specializes in high volume and physically large castings. Our hunter machine is a high-pressure production flaskless machine. Our mold sizes range from 20" to 24". Our 20" x 26" B&P machine has a rotary table mechanism, which allow for large core setting. Our 8 floor molding stations produce parts up to 2000 lbs. We offer 4 Roto-lift molding stations, which feature 18" x 24" up to 32" x 70" 30-100 pound castings.
