Profile: Ameri-Shred Corp. offers shredding products by continually providing standard and custom designed solutions along with new product development. Our light duty industrial shredders consist of four models that include AMS-300, AMS-500, AMS-750, and AMS-1000 operating on three phase power & ranging from three to ten horsepower. These models shred four hundred to twelve hundred pounds of material per hour. Our paper metering systems are designed to automatically feed our heavy duty industrial series AMS-5000 through our AMS-10000 and our magnum series AMS-12500 through our AMS-20000. These systems maximize the production by automatically feeding the shredders at a smooth, even, and consistent rate. We offer a complete line of tippers that lift and empty carts, containers & gaylord boxes onto a shredder feed table, sorting conveyor/directly into a baler. The use of a tipper reduces worker fatigue and injury while increasing the efficiency & production. We offer open end auto Ty balers that are equipped with electronic eye sensors that cycle the bale automatically with no operator involvement. We also offer open end auto Ty balers, closer door manual Ty balers, and vertical balers for baling of all types of material. Our systems can product finish bales weighing between 200 and 2,500 lbs. Our closed door manual Ty balers are also equipped with electronic eye sensors for automatic cycling.
