Profile: Anand Enterprise Inc. is engaged in manufacturing cylinder liners, sleeves and air cooled blocks. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We also manufacture pistons, rings, engine valves, valve guides, injector sleeve, valve tappet, connecting rods and gaskets. Our engine valves are manufactured with hot forging process. These are very precisely machined and grinded with OEM specification tolerances using high profile computerized controlled machinery. These are made up of high chromium and nickel based material. We have a wide range of valves suitable for cars, trucks, tractors and industrial engines. We supply sheet metal based gaskets, seals and complete set for a wide range of engines. We use copper, steel alloy and aluminum based rings on the bore diameter of the gaskets. Our piston pins are manufactured with 20 Mn Cr5 materials with hardening process to achieve the case hardness of 52-58 Hrc. We carry out material analysis, pressure test, tensile & fatigue tests, hardness, thermal shock & expansion and profile tests for our pistons & rings. We have well established in house manufacturing as well as quality assurance capabilities installed with recent equipments and instruments to cope with the through quality requirements of the products.
