Profile: Anant Engineering Works is a manufacturer of rubber processing machinery. Our scope of supply includes single unit machines as well as complete plants for various end products. Our products include mixing mills, extruder machines, cold feed extruders, grinder mills, stock blenders, hydraulic presses, shredders, auto tyre presses, bale cutter, conveyor machines, retreading machines and curing chambers. Our rubber extruders are available in reduction as well as with standard gear-boxes. Its sleeves are available in alloy chilled C.I. material, EN-8/9 hardened, tempered & ground, and gas nitriding. Our extruders are widely used for profiles, tread-rubber, cycle auto tubes, flaps, and pipes. Our double drive high production mixing mills are capable of handling heavy pay-load of work like mixing of rubber compound with fillers and better mastication of rubber compound as compared to the kneader & conventional mixing mill. The double drive theory also prevents roll breakage which is quite common in conventional design of two gears connecting the rolls. We also offer anti friction bearing type mixing mills. These bearing type mills are available in both conventional and double drive model, thus offering twin advantage. We design and develop user-friendly, extra heavy-duty crackers & grinders mills in the double bull gear drive models. Our crackers feature rigid steel casting frame, graded steel casting bull gears, graded steel casting gears & pinion of reduction gear-boxes to withstand the heavy load, and well designed accurately machined flutting of rolls as per requirement.
