Electronic Instrumentation

The HIPL counter is a compact counter, the hearth of which comprises a highly reliable, mask programmed single chip microprocessor. This Electronic Counter is designed to meet a wide range of Electronic Totalising and data acquisition applications. This device consists of a steel container housing the electronic circuits. The Container consists of three parts: front cover, back cover and body.

Automatic Valve Control

The HIPL Flow counter with preset facility comes with 3 relay out puts of which 2 outputs can be used to control a two stage solenoid valve and one relay out put to control the pump. This unit can control two different types of valves.

Two Stage Valve

This type of valve, based on two solenoid, provides two flow values defined as LOW FLOW & HIGH FLOW. These values are established manually using the appropriate limiters on the valve. It avoids the formation of foam and electrostatic charges caused initially by the impact of the jet of the product being dispensed against rigid wall of the container being filled.
