We manufacture large and small diameter parts with secondary operations such as mill flats, cross drilling & tapping, special finishing requirements, plated, heat treated & in quantities from tens to thousands & millions. We are a full service screw machined parts supplier and offers computer numerical control turned parts. We are able to take complex parts requiring five, six and seven operations & complex parts in the entirety. We reduce handling, set-up and potential damage to parts ultimately reducing cost. We also offer out-of-house services such as plating, heat treating, grinding and broaching. Our heat treating services include case hardening, austhempering, through hardening, annealing and induction hardening. Our tools are designed and controlled by Autocad system and it allows for the complete designing of our in-house tool room facility.
