Our range of hygienic processing vessels provides solution to the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, based on proven designs. A selection of vessel sizes, specifications and agitator combinations are available to meet specific needs. We supply stainless steel tanks and vessels for a wide range of industries. These stainless steel tanks are available as mixing vessels, jacketed steam heated/coded process vessels. These are made up of stainless steel grade 304/316 with all welds ground back and strip polished inside with the remainder being 2B cold rolled. Process tanks and vessels are manufactured to bespoke designs to meet specific process needs. Local control panels can be supplied for mixers and instrumentation which can also be integrated into site control systems, if required. Our stainless steel tanks and silos are available with storage tank capacity volumes from 50 to 50,000 liters; the construction can be vertical/horizontal. A storage tank can be fixed/mobile and fitted with wheels/fork lift attachments. Silos are usually of vertical stainless steel single shell construction with flat sloping bottoms mounted on a skirt band suitable for mounting on a concrete plinth.
