Profile: B&R Fire Protection provides vent hood cleaning and inspection services to prevent restaurant fires. By using special chemicals and hot steaming water pressure, we clean up oil spots, grease, dirt grime and bubble gum. We also use a special made surface cleaner that rotates at 2000 rpm with pressures exceeding 3000 psi to clean the concrete.
