Description: Ball valves offered by Diamond Engineering are available in three pieces, two piece, and one piece design with full bore and reduced bore. The end connections are offered in threaded, socket weld or butt weld, flanged to ANSI or DIN standard. The PTFE seat eliminates the need of periodic maintenance. The mirror finish ball ensures perfect matching with seats and gives long life. Blow-out proof stem and GFT packing eliminates gland leakages and reduces operating torque. The three - piece wafer type design facilitates easy installation and in-line maintenance at site of seats and seals without dismantling the valve. This valve is provided with heating/cooling jackets to suit the service conditions. The size of these valves ranges from ¼″ to 6″ up to pressure 1500 psig. These valves are made using C.I., Cast Steel, CF8, CF8m, CF3, CF3m, F316, F304, SS 304/316 materials. These ball valves are used in chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, paint, pharmaceutical, paper, steel, and other process industries. The ball valves are also available with different types of pneumatic/electric remote control devices.
