We offer a wide range of o-rings in standard and custom sizes for aggressive applications. An o-ring is a loop of elastomer with a round cross-section used as a mechanical seal/gasket. The o-rings are designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two/more parts to prevent leakage from static/dynamic movement. We also offer a wide range of standard o-rings that fully comply with ISO3601, AS568A, DIN3771, BS1806 and JIS B2401 standards. We process almost any sizes of o-rings with recognized elastomers as long as we know the inside diameter and cross section. We provide a full range of T and S series & custom oil seals. Oil seals are rotary lip seals. These are used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil by their flexible lips that rub against a shaft/housing. Some oil seals can also prevent external contamination from accessing inside. We manufacture a full line of flat and diaphragm gaskets as well as custom made gaskets. Gaskets are used to prevent fluid/gas leaks by providing a barrier between two mating surfaces. The gaskets maintain a seal under pressure and temperature changes. Depending on the application, we offer gaskets in different shapes such as flat and flange. The plate shape and compressibility of the flat gaskets allows them to fit tightly into the spaces for which they are designed, thereby preventing any leaks. The diaphragm serves as a barrier between two chambers. It moves slightly up into one chamber/down into another depending on the direction of the pressure.
