Belt conveyors are suited to carry all sorts of material, wet or dry, from the lightest to the heaviest, and in any quantity. They are comprised of an endless belt that can be of any width and length. The belt is driven on one side with an idler roller on the other side. Sheet metal or metal rollers are used to support the belts. Belt materials can be plain or rubber-coated canvas, wire mesh or stainless steel ribbon.
