Profile: Bepex International LLC provides food and chemical processing equipment and systems for thermal processing, Polymer Processing, drying, agglomeration, size reduction, compaction, briquetting, liquid/solid separation, mixing and blending for the food, chemical and polymer markets. We specialize in a wide variety of unit process and systems equipment, from particle size enlargement, particle size reduction & drying to blending and cooling.

We offer complete Agglomeration Systems for producing granules, with proven agglomerating devices followed by fluid dryer bed conditioning, and optional screening and recycle. The Flex-O-Mix agglomerator is specially designed for wet agglomeration with its vertical mixing chamber and self-cleaning wall. This device combines an atomized liquid with a powder, to produce soluble granules in the 0.2 to 1 mm size range. Bepex® has several sizes of low-pressure extruders available to meet a wide range of applications. Our Extrud-O-Mix® can mix multiple solid and liquid streams on a continuous basis and form pellets. Mixing is controlled by intermediate orifice plates and screw shaft configuration.

Our polymer processing includes crystallizing, drying, polymerizing, dedusting and devolatilizing. Our service includes on-site repair & parts installation, process optimization and mechanical troubleshooting. Our Bepex® particle processing equipment for mixing/blending is manufactured under the trade name Scott® and Rietz®.
