Bison ProFab Engineering & Fabrication specializes in Cabinets and NEMA Enclosures for electronics, telecommunications, petrochemical, traffic control and solar power applications. We manufacture enclosures to meet required NEMA specifications including NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13. Cabinets produced by us are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Our NEMA 2 enclosures offer improved protection against dirt and water infiltration. Our NEMA 3 enclosures offer a degree of protection against dirt, rain, sleet, snow, ice and windblown dust.
Wall Mount Enclosure
Our Wall Mount Enclosures are designed for attachment to a flat wall surface. Attachment schemes for wall mount enclosures include the use of external tabs, mounting brackets or pre-punched holes in the cabinet’s back wall.
Pole Mount Enclosure
We provide Pole Mount Enclosures with various mounting bracket options for attachment to interior support poles, outdoor phone or light poles, or other cylindrical objects. Pole mounting brackets are affixed to the enclosure’s back wall with welds or hardware. Stainless steel banding or U-bolts are configured to fit any pole diameter, and made field adjustable to a variety of diameters.
Pad Mount Enclosure
Our Pad Mount Enclosure features an open bottom and is placed over a concrete pad. Slotted holes are commonly added to fit anchor bolts embedded in the pad, securing the enclosure. Holes or slots are punched into an internal or external flange, positioning the anchor bolts either inside or outside the enclosure.
