Profile: Boerger Pumps Asia Pte Ltd develops, manufactures, and sells rotary lobe pumps. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. Our rotary lobe pumps are self-priming, valveless and positive displacement pumps. Two synchronized rotors rotate against each built chambers towards the pump casing. At the suction side, the open chambers are filled with the conveyed product. The product is displaced in the direction of the volume flow into the discharge side. Our rotary lobe pumps are available in 6 ranges. These are strong, reliable and comprehensively designed. These are available in the delivery rate up to 1.000 m³/h. The reliable timing gear of the rotary lobe pump is separated from the wetted pump parts by a fluid filled intermediate chamber that also quenches the mechanical seal. These pumps are equipped with solid, non-product wetted shafts. The variety of available materials allows for customizing to individual applications. The pump casing is made up of special hardened ductile cast iron and is wear & corrosion resistant. These are available with mechanical seals for abrasive and corrosive loads from duronite, silicon carbide reaction bonded (SI/SIC) & silicon carbide sintered pressure less (SSIC) with secondary seals from available customary elastomers. We also offer special shaft sealings for customized solutions. The Multicrusher is an effective, widely applicable macerating unit. The independently working twin shaft grinder is based on the proven design of the rotary lobe pump. These have blade and cutter configurations installed in it. The relative rotation speed of the two shafts ensures a macerating effect and prevents stringy material from wrapping around the blades & cutters. The quick release cover allows for easy and direct access to all fluid wetted parts.
