Profile: Borke Mold Specialist, Inc. is engaged in the mold making business. We machine up to 62″ X 122″ X 36" at one time with our 5-axis Thermwood. We design and build molds for plastics. We specialize in pressure forming, thin & thick gauge vacuum forming, twin sheet forming, blow molding, rotational molding and urethane forming. We have CNC, pattern and metal finishing departments. Our CNC department has eight 3-axis machines and one 5-axis machine. We use MasterCam software for tool design and program the toolpath.
