Profile: CNCLinx LLC manufactures CNC routers, spindles, driver boxes, foam cutters, and custom machinery. We manufacture a complete line of CNC router tables with sizes starting from 12″ x 12″ x 3″ and up to 500″ x 200″ x 100″. We specialize in custom machinery for foam carving, machining and molding. Our spindles are liquid cooled with VFD controllers enabling speeds ranging from 500RPM and up to 24,000 RPM, with power of up to 4KW at 220V. All machines come with a table, liquid cooled spindle, electronics and hold down tools. We also offer vacuum tables upon request. We have built custom machines up to 40′ long by 10′ wide by 8′ tall. Some of our machines are up to 6 axis, and include a combination of a CNC router and a CNC hot wire. Our 36″ x 24″ x 3″ and 36″ x 24″ x 6″ are effective CNC routers with 2HP liquid cooled spindle with VFD digital display. It has a 2HP with 1/4″ collet spindle that has a speed up to 300″/min and fitted with a high torque stepper motor. Our 4 axis CNC router/CNC foam cutter driver boxes include 4 drivers, 2HP VFD, cables, liquid pumps, and 2HP spindle.
