Our 100 series batch furnace is specifically designed for catalytic debinding of BASF polyacetal binder from injection molding of metal and ceramic powders. We design strand annealer 200 series, which is available in three temperature ranges including LTSA 1000°C, SA 1200°C and HTSA 1700°C & includes twenty process tubes each with individual atmosphere control.
