Profile: Chande Electricals manufactures all types of industrial heaters, thermocouples, furnaces, ovens, tubular heaters and immersion heaters. We specialize in the business of manufacturing and supplying industrial heaters and thermocouples to OEMs, distributors and end users. We serve plastics, pharmaceutical, packaging and food processing industries. Our mica band heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance ribbon precisely wound on specially selected mica or micanite sheet. It is then insulated and covered by metal sheathing and rolled to the required shape. It assures maintaining the lowest winding temperatures possible, keeping a low-mass heating element assembly for fast heat-up and quick response to controls. Our Ceramic band heaters are medium-to-high temperature heaters that have 650ºC as a maximum working temperature. These band heaters are available with different terminal styles, are fully flexible, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs. We provide mica nozzle band heaters for a maximum operating temperature of around 260 degree celcius. The sheath material is made of brass and terminals of fiber glass or teflon cables.
