Profile: Chemiquip Industries specializes in the design and manufacture of various industrial equipments. Our products include heat exchangers, turbine oil coolers, u-tube bundles, gas coolers, pressure vessels, hydraulic oil coolers, and steam condensers for power plants. Our turbine oil coolers are manufactured for use with turbines driven by steam as well as gas. We carry out thermal, mechanical design and then manufacture the entire ranges of turbine oil coolers suitable for turbines of any MW Capacity. These coolers are manufactured as per various international standards specified by the clients. The turbine oil coolers are manufactured out of carbon steel, copper, and cupro-nickel tubes depending upon the type of cooling water available. We also carry out re-tubing of turbine oil coolers on site. Re-tubing is done and is feasible in case of large MW turbines only. Air coolers are manufactured for use in various applications. They are used to cool gases or air with help of fluids like water or another gas. Hydrogen coolers are used to cool hydrogen gas passed in the generator. We manufacture our equipments in carbon steel, stainless steel and other non-ferrous materials. We also undertake fabrication and supply of rubber & lead lined vessels. We are fully equipped with various machine tools including center lathes, radial drills, welding sets, automatic tube expander units with electronic torque control, plasma cutting sets, Tig welding machines and gas cutting equipments. We carry out detailed process & mechanical design of the equipments based on the parameters given by our clients and prepares detailed engineering drawings.
