Profile: Chemtech Services, Inc. offers distillation services to the chemical industry. Our service line includes wiped film evaporation and short path distillation, plant design, construction & turnkey installation, laboratory and analytical services & contract chemical processing. Our special wiper system is used in the UIC rolled film evaporators and short path distillators. Our rolled film evaporator is used in conjunction with an external condenser. Our RFE serves as degasser or for stripping slightly volatile compounds including water, alcohols, aromatic & aliphatic solvents, esters and other similar chemical compounds. We also design and construct advanced computer controlled pilot plant & skid-mounted chemical processing systems.
