Our bale cutter is mainly used to cut the natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and other plastics materials. It is especially suitable to be installed near the rubber mixer to cut small pieces of rubber. This bale cutter mainly consists of a rubber knife, a frame, a cylinder, a base, an auxiliary table, a hydraulic system, and an electric system. The lead is cast on the base under the rubber knife for protecting the edge of the rubber knife. Two limit switches are installed on the frame to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife; at the same time, it protects the cover of the cylinder. Two roll rubber mixing mill consists of a seat, a frame, a rubber, a driving device, a lubricator & cooler, a range adjusting device of roller, a safety brake, a motor and a reducer. The roller is made from safety cooled and hard cast steel. Saturated steam and cooling water can be input in the empty roller to adjust the speed of the roller. Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers which make relative rotation in different velocities to mix rubber. We export our products to various countries worldwide.
