We develop a whole series of products ranging from asbestos to non-asbestos, including gland packings, gaskets, fiberglass fabrics, ceramic fiber textiles & PTFE products. We have a full series of fiberglass & ceramic fiber production lines with advanced technology coating system that makes finished fiberglass fabrics. Our non-asbestos packing, insulation and gaskets are widely used in oil field, chemistry, metallurgy, ship-building, & power station. The ceramic fiber has higher heat resistance characteristics and can resist heavier & stronger heat impact than common fiberglass. Ceramic fibers are also used for some special usages. Our ceramic fiber blanket is made of special ceramic long-fiber that is produced by the melting of very pure raw materials in double surface needing process with out binders and with good stability in a large range of temperature. The process of double surface needing increases interweaving and tensile strength. It has a low thermal conductivity and needs low heat storage. It also has an excellent thermal stability, shock and erosion resistance. These are widely used in industrial furnace, heaters, inside wall of high temperature tube, electric power furnace, nuclear power station & heat insulation, fire proofing and heat insulation of high building. We also supply gasket materials that include non-asbestos millboards, non-asbestos and asbestos rubber sheets. Our inspection equipments and vulcanization machines are manufactured strictly as per national standard of asbestos rubber sheet GB/T 3985-1995. Our ring joint gaskets are manufactured in different solid metal types like soft iron/SS304/316/321 metal and other alloy items. They are used to stand high pressure & temperatures and they are employed where corrosive agents are present. These gaskets are obtained by mechanical working from forged/laminated metals.
