Description: CNC DG portable cutting machine, a computerised digital portable metal cutting machine can profile cut any shape to the desired need -just create an AutoCad programme of the component on the desktop/laptop on DXF-file and use the nesting software to maximise the output thereby reducing wastage. The nesting is done automatically. Transfer the programme from computer to a pen drive and again transfer it to the CNC controller USB port. The machine is ready for cutting. Torch travel path is automatically decided by nesting software. Manual programming can also be done using key buttons provided on controller. Two options are available: Hypertherm air plasma power source with machine torch can cut profiles of carbon steel, aluminium, brass and for that matter any heat conducting material (thickness range 3-40 mm); and Oxygen/ LPG cutting in which case maximum up to 120mm thickness can be cut.
