Description: Cold galvanising paints like zinc metal spray and zinc aluminium metal spray are useful in the application of touch-up galvanising of all hot dip galvanised surfaces. The zinc metal spray (light grey finish) and zinc aluminium metal spray (silver bright finish) are widely used as cold galvanising spray paints for salvage/repairs and in the touch-up work of all galvanised surfaces. These products offer ultimate corrosion resistance to the coated areas of mild steel fabrication and galvanised steel fabrication. The spray cans are available in 400 ml self-spray aerosol cans, which are extremely user friendly. They require minimum skills to operate, totally CFC free, very safe to environment and conform to most Indian and international specifications requirements. The aerosol can has a shelf life of one year. It is reusable (when used as per the instructions on the can), covers 2 sq.m area and offers 18-20 microns of zinc metal powder coating on the surface. It requires only a minimum surface preparation, provided the surface to be coated is free from water, moisture, rust, dirt & dust, and oil & grease.
