Profile: Coldwater Sintered Metal Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of powdered metal parts and machined parts. We produce powdered metal parts including hydraulic and mechanical briquette & sizing presses, atmosphere generators & furnaces for the sintering process, steam treaters, grinders & tumblers for surface finish & CNC machining equipment. We perform CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping and grinding operations. We produce gear forms, sprockets, bearings, bearing end caps, bearing shields, bushings, rollers, cams, cam followers, racks, pinions, spacers, G-rotors, pole pieces, soft magnets, sensor rings, pulse rings and impellers. We are a TS16949:2002 certified company. We produce a net shape PM part with no secondary machining steps. It has a tight true position requirement & the 5/8 diameter hole has a total tolerance of .0008 in. The part is then steam treated for surface finish and hardness.
