Dust monitor is an instrument designed for on-the-spot measurements of mass concentrations of the respirable fraction of total mass loading of dust particles. It is fully self-contained monitor with automatic and direct digital readout of the mass concentration of airborne dust. It utilizes a two-stage collection system.
Dust Seals are installed at the point where the shaft enters and leaves the casing around the screw conveyor. Dust seals protect the bearings of the drive gear, pinion shaft, track rollers and idler bearings. Dust seals are provided in a bearing with metal back supported by the intermediate shaft and at both ends of the inner diameter portion of the intermediate gear.
