We supply a large inventory of pump rebuild kits for commercial and industrial pump manufacturers. The pump rebuild kits are provided in extreme duty materials including aflas, viton, EPR, monel, antimony carbon, silicon carbide and tungsten carbide. We also supply ANSI, HVAC and other pumps rebuild kits. Regal style 1200FGTP braided packing is braided from pure expanded graphite. It is resilient, self-lubricating, chemically inert and thermally conductive. It is used in both in pumps and valves in a wide range of service conditions. Regal style 1200CR braided packing is braided from a combination of expanded flexible graphite and high strength carbon fibers. Carbon fibers are braided into the corners to provide anti-extrusion and better abrasion resistance in tough applications. We manufacture numerous custom machined parts, such as valve discs, piston cups, valve replacement parts, ball valve seats, piston rings, rod wipers, buffer rings, v-rings, gaskets, cutting boards and bellows. Various piston cups and piston rings are available in standard & metric sizes. We also offer step cut piston rings. Expander rings are available to load your piston ring in a standard groove. We machine many styles of lantern rings. We machine all custom parts as per drawings and samples provided.
