We offer standard & special tools, with varying levels of precision, utilizing both natural & synthetic single crystal stones. We manufacture and supply wear-resistance tools & components, using natural and synthetic diamonds for the hard core of these products. We develop a range of tools with conical or cylindrical clearance. These tools are available with natural or synthetic single crystal diamond and with the traditional solid shank or the insert system. The CVD-diamond is a polycrystalline diamond grown by plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology. It is one of the most versatile engineering materials available. The properties of CVD diamond have a very positive effect on wear resistance when used as a cutting tool on hard non-ferrous materials. Using a CVD diamond, we can manufacture similar tools and geometries as with natural & synthetic diamonds. Because CVD is extremely hard, it can be used to cut hard metals such as tungsten carbide with a cobalt percentage of 6%. The cutting edge preparation of the CVD diamond developed by us, offers the highest possible edge sharpness in combination with high wear resistance. This reduces production time dramatically and more flexibility on produced shapes & forms. Our diamond tools are widely applied in wire guides for spark erosion machines, coating tools for the wire & cable industry, winding tools for the light bulb industry and nozzles for micro abrasive jets.
