Our services include forging, castings, machining, powder metal & metal injection molding and stamping. Our casting services include sand, die, permanent mold and shell mold casting. We offer injection, rotational and blow molding. We also offer open & closed die hot forging and cold forging services. The surface finish for the castings we can provide with includes blacking, zinc, chrome and nickel plating for the carbon steel & the low alloy steel castings. We also offer tumbling, hand dull, mirror & electrolytic polishing and passivation treatment for the stainless steel castings & sand blasting including glass beed, corundum-sand & quartz-sand blasting for all the steel castings. We utilize the latest computer-aided design software and finite element analysis software.
