Profile: Custom Advanced Connections provide solutions for various applications that arise in the material handling industry. We offer sifters, separators and screeners. We serve industries, such as the pharmaceutical, mineral, food and chemical industries. Our product line includes filter bags, bellows, hand built hose, screen cleaning balls and corrugated boots. We supply replacement screen parts that include slide plates, gear boxes, pinion shafts, felt seal strips and spring tension clips. Our corrugated boots are designed to be in conjunction with gyratory and vibratory equipment. Our Gray Flextra LT hose is used for transferring edibles in gravity flow, pressure or suction service. Tan Flextra is used as a chemical hose, resistant to acids, alcohol bases and salt solutions. Our custom bellows are made up of steel, stainless, aluminum and PVC flange plates. We provide custom screens to fit any rectangular screener. For fine mesh screens an additional coarse mesh screen can be added as a back up for support and stability.
