Rod Overbend and Helical Coil Heating Modules are used in aluminum & magnesium holding furnaces and die casting operations where space restrictions as well as crucible configuration present mounting problems.

Tubular Heating Elements are versatile because they can be formed into many configurations. It is used in lower temperature applications to heat liquids, air, gasses and the surface of materials.

Plug/Rack Heating Elements are used for brick and fiber-lined furnaces and ovens. An open coil heaters are used in applications like annealing, tempering, aging, stress relieving, curing, baking and glass tempering.

Rod Elements can be installed on light wall or firebrick furnace linings. They are extremely rugged and recommended for high temperature furnaces. It is used in applications such as nnealing, hardening, normalizing, tempering, sintering, stress relieving, curing, paint baking, drying, brazing, nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding and aging.

Helical Coil Heating Elements are used as a direct replacement for plug/rack heating elements originally installed in industrial heating equipment.
