Our VCI papers come in a variety of grades. Our products feature special substrates that combine corrosion protection with barrier packaging. Barrier coated papers and films protect against moisture and grease; laminated grades afford heavy duty protection against the environment. Our papers are available in standard 36″/48″ rolls, and widths up to 120″. Papers can be converted into bags, envelopes, wrappers for individual parts, shrouds for large pieces/stacks of parts, covers and liners. VCI devices add an important dimension to corrosion preventive packaging. Our Nox-Rust® VCI powder is specially designed to protect the interior metal surfaces of boilers, turbines, heat exchangers, compressors, tubes, pipes, power generation equipment, mining & drilling equipment. It provides continuous corrosion protection for ferrous metals as well as aluminum. These are used in preservation and lay-up applications to protect internal cavities & recesses. It is also ideal for preserving equipment that needs to undergo hydrostatic testing prior to shipping and storage.
