Profile: Davron Technologies, Inc. fabricates custom process equipment. We design, assemble and integrate custom ovens, process equipments and material handling systems. Our facility utilizes CNC press break machines, plasma cutting machines, CNC sheers and CAD/CAM processes. We offer process equipments to the candy, food, battery, brake, automotive, powder coating and ceramic package industries. We provide custom ovens in a wide range of sizes, temperatures, heat sources and controls. Ovens are designed for consistent temperature and airflow, making them ideal for drying, annealing, tempering, curing, foundry core drying, preheating, paint baking, heat-treating, aluminum aging, and thermal degreasing. Conveyor ovens are constructed with a structured steel framework, and come equipped with steel double wall insulated panes to maximize heated air consistency. Our ovens are available in gas or electric configurations, and operate at temperatures over 600° Fahrenheit.
