These metal processing rolls are manufactured from special high carbon high chrome steel and heat treated in an ultra modern heat treatment shop. The rolls are provided with maximum wear resistance and toughness for longer life. Thorough hardness is imparted to give maximum tonnage between two regrinds. We manufacture tube cut off knives in various styles. The preferred material being high speed steel, when given correct heat treatment, it keeps hardness within +/- 1 HRC (Base Hardness 61 HRC), ensuring exact sharpness, strength and wear resistance.
