We manufacture, sell and service the Tornado Hydrovac truck line. These trucks are the safest way to excavate, with a patented rear-mount boom and hydraulic mud sweep which allow for ease of use & maximum efficiency. They are easily customized to customer’s needs with several optional features including model, color and chassis. We also specialize in custom fabrication of various types of equipments. Our Cosmos software package allows us to analyze stress, deformation, fatigue and cyclic loading of the engineered product. We offer complete engineering, drafting & designing in both Solid-works and Auto-Cad. We can turn drawings into a completed piece of equipment rapidly and affordably with a high level of quality control. We provide an in-house permanent third party inspection system that helps make every job a quality job. We are fully equipped with modern machine shop that includes assortment of mills, lathes and drill presses. All the tanks manufactured by us are hydro-tested with our computerized, 100,000 gallon system. The product is then taken into one of our global finishing system automated paint booth. We prepare, paint, and load our tanks on a semi-trailer in less than 2 hours from our paint booth equipped with an overhead chain drive system.
