Our Handling Technology/Drives Business Unit supplies products for ergonomic handling in a wide variety of industry, trade and service sectors. They feature high versatility, for example for lifting and positioning loads at the workplace, as well as for serving machinery, installations and racking. Our products ranging from Electric Chain Hoists to Manual Lift Units: Balancers and speed-hoist units are available to meet customer needs in a wide variety of applications. In addition, we offer load carrier modules from the Demag KBK crane construction kit, made of either steel or aluminum, which can be combined with various load-lifting modules.

Demag Double-Girder Overhead Traveling Cranes offer exceptional load capacity for a low deadweight. They are also characterized by their outstanding crane geometry, ensuring extremely favorable travel characteristics and therefore minimizing wear. The particularly large lifting height is derived from the fact that the load hook can be raised between the two crane girders. Optional maintenance platforms and accessible crabs not only make it easier for maintain the crane, but also ensure that hall fittings such as lamps, heating elements or supply lines can be quickly and easily reached.

Demag DEL single conductors are a high-performance power-feed system for mobile consumers such as cranes and monorails. They can be easily integrated into new or existing installations.
