We use cutting edge rapid manufacturing technology to create the final parts, items, or any components. We use rapid manufacturing to create components in the automotive, motor sports, jewelry, dentistry, orthodontics, consumer electronics, medicine and collectibles industries. We offer direct metal laser-sintering (DMLS) for additive manufactured parts in pure metals. The application spectrum of DMLS ranges from prototypes to series products and end parts. Metal parts of the most complex geometries are built layer by layer, directly from 3D CAD data, fully automatically, and without any tooling. The parts have excellent mechanical properties, high detail resolution and a very good surface quality. We create an active design plan from initial concepts. Our product design services include product development activities such as product conceptualizations, design, initial development or feature enhancement needs of a product. Our design and development strategies make use of iterative development, modeling and prototyping techniques, use of third party modules to aid development processes & closed-loop feedback mechanism for product refinements or improvements. We can manufacture plastic or metal parts with detail-oriented precision using subtractive technologies. Utilizing high speed CNC machines and the latest software programming, we produce complex parts directly from our customer’s 3-D CAD data.
