We provide custom made PDC, impregnated, and natural diamond drill bits to fit our customers’ needs. We design and build not only full hole applications, but bi-center bits as well. Our facility is equipped with the right tools and knowledgeable people to build high-end Matrix PDC bits from 4" to 22" diameters. We produce quality bits that meet or exceed our customers’ needs. Our bits are available in sizes up to 22" diameter. A variant of blade counts and cutter sizes are utilized in our bits to optimize performance in each application. Our bits are currently being used by customers around the world to increase performance and reduce their drilling costs. We can also supply our customers with roller cone and steel head bits available in sizes up to 36" diameter. Our 7 - 5/8" DM419 is designed for vertical, directional or horizontal applications with rotary or positive displacement motor in soft to medium soft with moderate formation changes. It drills well in long shale or soft limestone with occasional sandstone or lignite stringers. Hard formation cutters are available that offers extra increased impact and abrasion resistance. Our 9-7/8" DM713 is designed for medium to hard dense formations with increasing comprehensive strength. It drills abrasive layers such as sand and siltstone.
