Drill Pipe Manufacturers

Drill pipe consists of a casing within which tubing conducts oil or gas to ground level. This is six inches in size and consists of a hollow tubing with a bit, or drill placed at the end. The drilling mud flows in the annular space between casing and tubing during the drilling operation. The drill pipe may be separated from a fluid by a vibrating screen called as “shaker.″ The heavy seamless tubing is used to rotate the bit and circulate the drilling fluid. The joints of the pipe are 30 feet long, which is coupled together with tool joints. The pipe is used for driving a revolving drill bit, especially in drilling wells. This is used in oil industry.
