Profile: Dual Products International manufactures slurry and abrasion resistant valves. We manufacture various types of valve products that include double ball check, air release, free flow slurry ball check, rotary disc, stop, slimline ball non-return, slurry wafer and slurry flanged knife gate valves. Our Dashley double ball check valve operates on the discharge side of two pumps in parallel. Both the pumps can run simultaneously. The ball automatically drops back stopping the back flow to the pump, when both the pumps are switched off. Our slurry wafer knife gate valve is built with a cast body and features a heavy-duty stainless steel bade. Removable seats on each side of the blade provide a bi-directional bubble tight seal, with no metal parts in contact with the slurry. These valves are suitable for both wet and dry services. We also have a wide range of elastomers. These are available in light weight for easy handling. Our rotary disc valve is a unique rotating gate valve designed specifically for heavy abrasive and corrosive slurries. The very nature of fabrication allows a maximum of flexibility in customizing to meet specific needs and materials pressure rating configuration. The bonnet is made of carbon steel and can be made out of different materials to suit the customer. The bonnet houses the rotating disc and seals around the spindle. We produce valves for the mining, sands, steel, power, chemical and paper industries. We also export our products to various countries worldwide.
