Profile: Duct Machines International is mainly involved in manufacturing flexible duct machines. Flexible duct core and/or silver jacket combination machine with accessories is for fabricating soft-flexible core as used in comfort heating and air conditioning systems. This unit is designed to combine thin plastic films (.5 to l.5 mils thick) reinforced film/foil laminates and joins by means of latex adhesive with fire retardant. Insulating machine has variable speed 4 wheel drive. Puller and insulation jacket manufacturing machine is complete with jacket skinner and a 25 ft. long pull out table to pull insulation and vapor barrier jacket to a finished product of 25 ft. in length. Boxing machine is capable of boxing 25 ft. of finished insulating ducting with an adjustment diameter range of 4" thru 20". It includes two variable speed motor controls with soft start on puller and boxing trolleys and a vinyl unwind stand. Motor is to be 220 volt 30 amp, three phase. Air pressure required is 110 PSI-3 cu. ft. per minute. Machine comes with disconnect switches. All wiring is self contained in the terminal box. Machine can be fitted for boxes or bags.
