Profile: Dynamic Metals, Inc. specializes in sheet metals and prototypes. We offer prototype stamping, low volume production, hydroforming, draw simulation, CAD, machining, laser cutting, assembly, foundry, reverse engineering and fabrication services. We provide stampings from the smallest brackets up to blanks requiring 50′ x 120′ bed size inclusive of deep draws, class A panels, dual phase and ultra high strength steels. Our press capacity is up to 1,000 tons. We have our own high pressure tubular hydroforming machine in house and can hydro form up to 6 inch diameter & axial feed up to 12 inches. We can also build custom diameter tubes in house with laser welded seams. We are fully equipped with CNC machining centers as well as manual machines. We can machine dies, castings and machined parts requiring milling, turning & grinding. Reverse engineering is used for reproduction and aftermarket parts. A rusted panel can be scanned and a CAD model created allowing the incorrect areas to be surfaced, creating a perfect model. This process is also used to create new designs if there is a void/bracket that may need to be added. The mating surfaces can be scanned for the mounting points and a full design is created in house. We are capable of fabricating many materials including steel, aluminum, inconel, magnesium, armor plate, armor aluminum, carbon fiber, plastics and fiberglass.
