Profile: Eagle Fasteners, Inc. produces injection molded components. We are a QS-9000 certified company. Our tooling capabilities range from rapid prototype to critically accurate production tooling. Our on-site toolroom allows master toolmakers the benefit of working in close coordination with the injection molding facility. We provide a variety of molding processes, from prototyping to short and high volume production runs. We are experienced at using a wide range of molding materials, from nylons and polyester to polyurethane &thermoplastic rubber. Our capabilities include specialized production techniques such as insert molding, over molding, and critical color matches. We are also specialized in insert molding, assembly, heat staking, pad printing and specialized packaging.
