Our AC motor parts include ball bearings, sleeve bearings, fans, fan covers, rotors, encoders, and all other parts. Our DC motor parts are brushes, brush holders, bearings, yokes, armature coils, tachometers, blowers, and commutators. We have the ability to locate and provide rebuilt mining motors in a timely manner. Our customized motor inspection and maintenance system minimizes motor problems & maximizes the company’s productivity. Our total in-house mechanical capabilities include large machine shop, CNC machining, electro-plating operation, motor rewinding, complete testing, painting and final inspections. We perform a wide variety of electrical and mechanical work at the plant. Our services include laser shaft alignment, precision balancing of rotating equipment, computerized vibration analysis, motor removal/installation and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting & testing. We repair gear reducers, submersible, centrifugal & upright pumps, blowers, vacuum pumps and virtually all mechanical equipment. We also offer precision parts for resale. This includes simple to complicated parts, short or long production runs, and quick lead times.
